Welcome to the Advanced Training Method for Attribute Development takes center stage. This module serves as the culmination of our journey through Modules 1 and 2, combining learned techniques into scenarios designed to induce total chaos. It is within this chaos that practitioners must find stillness in the moment, a skill honed through dedicated training. This module not only reinforces techniques but also delves into the development of attributes such as speed, sensitivity, timing, power, footwork, and strength & conditioning, creating a holistic approach to the complete human system.

Numerada: One Side Feeds - 3 Attackers Feeding Different Attacks

Part 1: Building Adaptability and Energy Conservation

Combining lessons from previous modules, Numerada training in Part 1 involves responding to rapid attacks with an empty-handed defender. The attacks include Numerada with a knife, U-Drill, Disarm, Takedown, Sparring, Destructions, HKE (Headbutt, Knee, Elbow), and Numerada with a knife vs. stick. This sequence aims to build the attribute of adaptability and conservation of energy, fostering the ability to embrace change and remain in a changeless state.

Part 2: Infinite Combinations and Creative Exploration

Practitioners are encouraged to pick and choose from various feeding drills demonstrated in the Digital Seminar, with an infinite number of combinations to explore. As they become familiar with the concepts, creativity is encouraged, and practitioners are invited to share their creations on social media platforms. This part emphasizes the versatility and adaptability that can be achieved through the exploration of personalized scenarios.

Sparring: MMA vs Street

This section presents a flow sparring set featuring an MMA rule set vs. a Street rule set. By contrasting no-rules against rule-based approaches, practitioners focus on refining the timing of the 10 tools, allowing them to practice lethal and street attacks against a well-versed opponent skilled in punching, kicking, and grappling.

Numerada, Sumbrada, Spar, Punch, Kick Grapple

Round 1: Rapid Fire Drill for Adaptability. Round 1 combines three different drills from the Weapons Module—Numerada, Sumbrada, and Sparring—into a "Rapid Fire" drill. The director calls attacks one after the other, emphasizing the development of adaptability. Combining weapons with the 5 empty hand ranges turbocharges reflexes and challenges the nervous system to adapt.

Round 2: Experimenting with Mismatched Weapons. Round 2 offers various combinations of mismatched weapons, all three training drills, and empty hands vs. edged weapons. This round provides ideas for training, with the goal of encouraging practitioners to understand the concepts and experiment with their own martial arts. The training concept remains focused on adaptability and the development of a high-performance mindset.

Round 3: Putting Everything Together. In Round 3, different options are showcased, combining all elements in a slightly different flavor. The unpredictable nature of each round, especially with multiple attackers, adds dynamism to the training. The emphasis is on developing solutions on the fly, mimicking the chaotic nature of real-world altercations.

Round 4: Mass Attack in Chaos. The final round explores the 7 weapons configurations, incorporating Mass Attack in a chaotic setting. This free-flowing round closely simulates the random nature of street encounters, challenging practitioners to find solutions in the midst of chaos and fatigue. The objective is to locate the "eye of the storm" even when faced with overwhelming challenges.

Sensitivity – Blindfolded U Drill, Clinch, Pummel

Blindfolded U-Drill, Clinch, Pummel: Enhancing Sensitivity: Practicing the U-Drill blindfolded elevates sensitivity, relying solely on feeling and sound. Starting slow is crucial to building sensitivity, as practitioners hone their ability to perceive movements without the primary sense of sight.

Footwork: Creating Dynamic Footwork: Dynamic footwork is explored through the anticipation of a stick swinging at full force. Sifu Singh demonstrates how proper footwork, trained at varying speeds, generates dynamic speed in movement. This section emphasizes the importance of agile and effective footwork in martial arts.

The Advanced Training Method for Attribute Development presented offer a holistic and dynamic approach to martial arts training. From building adaptability and energy conservation to experimenting with mismatched weapons and navigating mass attacks in chaos, practitioners are immersed in a transformative journey. The emphasis on sensitivity, footwork, and strength & conditioning completes the comprehensive development of attributes, preparing martial artists for the unpredictable nature of real-world combat scenarios. As practitioners embrace chaos, find stillness, and continuously evolve, the Advanced Training Method becomes a testament to the adaptability and growth fostered through dedicated training.
