Core Combatives Level 1 - Panantukan / Retsev Combatives:

The foundation of the Core Combatives Program begins with the basic level, a journey delving into Panantukan and Retsev Combatives. This segment encompasses a "Dirty Boxing Crash Course" focusing on vital techniques to navigate intense encounters.

Panantukan Techniques:

Within the level 1 Retzev Combatives, participants delve into Krav Maga's Retzev Combatives, mastering techniques such as On Guard Stance, Shuffle Step, 360 Defense + Simultaneous Attack, Inside Defense + Simultaneous Attack, Retsev Combatives, and Hammer Blast.

The 10 Most Common Attacks (Entry Level):

  1. Sucker Punch

  2. Throat/Collar Grab

  3. The Headlock

  4. Rear Naked Choke

  5. Rugby Tackle

  6. The Mount (Ground)

  7. The Head Butt

  8. Stick/Blunt Weapon

  9. Multiple Attackers

  10. Edged/Bladed Weapon

Jiu-Jitsu Combatives:

The program further integrates Jiu-Jitsu Combatives, emphasizing both physical skills and standing self-defense techniques.

Physical Skills:

Standing Self-Defense:
